I guess I better get busy and update my page! For those family and friends who do not have facebook, I have a lot of updating to do. Andy II did a fantastic job at the Special Olympics ballroom dancing event held in Ft. Wayne, IN on July 5th. His eldest sister, Melissa and my friend, Mitzi went with me to watch the most fun and elegant Special Olympics event we had ever had the pleasure of attending. Andy won a silver (2nd) medal in the boxstep and a gold (1st) in the foxtrot. He is such a smooth little dancer. He loves dancing. They will be dancing at the Michiana Down Syndrome walk at Stepan center on Notre Dame campus Sept. 26th. We're excited for the other parents to see how much fun our four from our Down Syndrome group have and what great dancers they are. Dancing is great for the brain, so y'all get out there and DANCE!

OUR NEIGHBORS WERE OUT EARLY ON CHRISTMAS MORNING CLEANING THE SNOW OFF A BIG SECTION FOR THEM TO GO SLEDDING ACROSS AND PLAY ICE HOCKEY WITHOUT THE SKATES. OUR POND HOLDS MANY A GOOD TIME FOR EVERYONE.

Andy I's first footrace in a long, long time on 11/1/09 in Plymouth, IN. He won 1st place in his age division!

I surprised my sister big time when she saw me at the McDonalds by them. My brother-in-law to the right knew I was arriving in Albuq. at noon on the 14th. My sister was expecting someone else who lives in Albuquerque to be there. Boy was she surprised to see me! That's my nephew Lee to the left who is back from Iraq. My long time friend, Gene is on the far right. We all had such a good visit.

I stayed in Santa Fe, NM at his house with close friends because there wasn't room where my sister lives in Albuquerque. We still got to see each other several times while I was in NM I had an awesome time!

On the drive up to Los Alamos from Santa Fe with the mountains we lived in just up ahead

Coming down the street we use to turn on to go to the home we had that burned in the Cerro Grande fire in May of 2000. That's a view from up there in Los Alamos looking at the Sangre De Christo mountains in Santa Fe.

The Buddy Walk, and Leonardo with Andy on drums. He sure had a great time, we all did! All the family, and several friends joined "Andy's Bunch" in the walk . Andy II was so tired that he went and laid down on his bed after supper and fell fast asleep! He just never realizes his age, LOL We all had a great time at the Buddy Walk. Both my daughters won gift certificates. We sure were happy for them, and the girls were very happy! More pics added now!

Family & Friends joined in the Walk with Andy at Notre Dame. There were a lot of people there! We all had a great time! Thanks everyone!
